    Please note this is a work in progress and will not necessarily reflect the final product in its current form.
    Requirements;
    OpenIV A Brain Installation:
    Using openIV, if not done already then make a copy of the file named 'x64e.rpf' into the Grand Theft Auto 'mods' folder.

      Navigate from here into models/cdimages/componentpeds_s_m_m.rpf and find the file called 's_m_m_paramedic_01.ytd'.

      Open 's_m_m_paramedic_01.ytd' and replace these files; decl_diff_000_a_uni with decl_diff_000_a_uni.png lowr_diff_000_a_uni with lowr_diff_000_a_uni.png lowr_normal_000 with Diffuse_NORM.png uppr_diff_000_a_lat with uppr_diff_000_a_lat.png Normals for uppr~ are optional and are not currently recommended. Save and Launch GTA!

    MESSAGEBOARD TEXT: RANDOM BREATH TESTING

    NOTE: Interior should be functional (no dials tho as yet) although some areas are in need of texture alignment due to the process I had used to get this model in game, which is no longer the process I use so this does not reflect the way my current projects are in their 'final forms'.

    Installation
    Assuming that you already have the one of the above already installed.
    NOTE:
        Some vehicles support multi liveries even if it only has one installed by default, 
        take note of what the default livery is called (usually something like 'carname_sign_1'), 
        rename the skin within to 'carname_sign_2' and use a trainer to choose your new livery.
     
    Navigate to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday3ng/dlc.rpf/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf with OpenIV
      Locate 'police2.ytd'(or whichever police slot you've replaced) and open it.
      Find 'evoke_sign_1' and (if VF SS by @donnzy replace 'vfss_sign_1' also) replace it with 'SAPOL_TrafficServices(HWP).png' or the solid variant that is included.
      Click save, then launch GTA and enjoy.

    Here is the current version of the VL Walkinshaw for Grand Theft Auto V.
    Please keep in mind that the vehicle itself is still a work in progress even if tagged as a "release".

    Credits for the base model go to Turn10 (Forza Horizon 3).
    Conversion to GTA done by ConsKrypt.
    Polygon reduction by hand methods also done by ConsKrypt.
    Custom textures made by ConsKrypt.
    Reworked Polygon Flow by ConsKrypt - STILL GOT LOTS TO DO AND MORE REDUCTIONS TO UNDERTAKE.
